The irony is that some senior students have been barred from applying for the teacher services commission portfolio. This has been a challenge and has left high school students wondering what their next step is. The implication now of beating up top teachers is what will happen when their contract expires after an extension of one more year.
From reliable sources, it is clear that high-level students and other undergraduate teachers will not get a direct ticket to the permanent and Pensionable TSC activities without following the proper procedure.
This is designed to bring about equality and equity among all graduates because there are some graduate teachers who may have recently graduated from a job and another graduate who did not receive a training position but has previously graduated. They argued that if they confirmed the apprenticeship it would be detrimental to those who had been living longer.
Therefore, all interns at various institutions should understand that the only thing they can get as an additional benefit is the ten marks awarded to them after the completion of the contract. Otherwise, they will have to go through a proper negotiation process.
Additional information from reliable sources states that those on the job can renew their contract for up to five years, which means that one would not be able to get a permanent job at TSC.
