Police in Nairobi County  are investigating the death of a school principal who was stabbed to death inside his house in Eastleigh.

The area police boss said the teacher’s body was found lying in a pool of blood in his house with two kitchen knives stained with blood beside him.

Kevin Guyana’s lifeless body was recovered by his neighbours who called the police.

“He was a school principal, who was kind to everyone. We don’t know what happened because there was a commotion inside the house,” one of the neighbours privy to the incident, told the press.

Police officers who responded to the scene documented their crime scene reports and transferred the body to the hospital mortuary for postmortem.

The latest development comes just three weeks when a 26-year-old man was also found dead in a lodging in Mlolongo, Machakos County.

Clinton Wanakacha’s lifeless body was discovered sprawled on the bed in room six, of Miathathia’s lodging room by cleaners.

A lodging attendant attached to the guest house told sleuths that the man had checked into the room few hours alongside unidentified woman.
