Pub patrons said that before his death, the late was seen making merry at the pub as he bought beer in plenty for his friends.
The relatives briefed that Onkoba was always a calm man but wondered what might have befell him.
They appealed to the police to carry thorough investigation and bring the perpetrators to book.
The police from Manga Station assured them that they had arrested the owner of the pub where the late was imbibing and that he was helping them with vital information that might lead to the arrest of more suspects.
