KUCCPS: is the initials for Kenya university and colleges central placement service

It is a state of corporation that provides career guidances and selects students for admission to the universities, national polytechnics, technical training institutes and other accredited learning institutions for Government of Kenya sponsored Programmes. It is established under the universities act 2012

-It coordinates the placement of government sponsored students

-it disseminates information on available programmes

-it collects and retains data relating university and colleges placement among other functions

Available programmes for the 2020/2021 placement were as follows:

542-degree programmes

216-diploma programmes

112-certificate programmes

145- artisan programmes placed across 68 universities and 154 colleges

Online application system for 2020/2021 placement opened on Feb 17 2020 and closed on march 9 2020

How to login in to the kuccps portal 

When logging in to the personal kuccps portal one requires the  KCSE index number as the user name and log in using  the birth certificate number as the pass word

How to check placement on kuccps portal

To check your placement you login to your personal kuccps portal and the results will appear on the dash board

How to acquire your kuccps placement admission letter

– access the school placed portal

– click on the admissions menu then select admission letter

Note that the first time login you use email as kcse index number @ gmail .com ie
