All these conditions requires that schools to have more manpower and its not yet clear whether more teachers would be hired after KNUT argued that the reopeoning plan might be unsusccesful if a deficit of 400,000 teachers was not covered for the new teacher-student ratio to be implemented

KNUT secretary General sossion was for the idea  that all BOM teachers to be absorbed by TSC in order to curb the shortages

KNUT was was also advocating for the safety of the teachers hence urged TSC to suspend the delocalistions of teachers thus teachers are supposed to be posted in schools which are next to their residence. This will  help to limit the movement of teachers from their homes to schools especially those that use public means of transport.
