2. Build your willpower
Where there is will, there is always a way. This is very true and you should definitely work on building your willpower to learn. This will drive you to working towards understanding what is being taught in class.

3. Memorize stuff.
Challenge yourself by memorizing stuff daily. You can do this by finding a poem and concentrating on memorizing it till you get it all right.

4. Use your break time well.
Ensure that break time is break time. Do not overwork yourself. This is not healthy as you will tire your brain hence reducing the consumption power in the next lessons.

5. Meditation.
Meditation is very healthy for your brain. Try it at least once a day to relax your brain and improve your concentration.

6. Drink caffeine
Caffeine can act a stimulant and keeps you attentive throughout the day. However, caffeine can be harmful to your health if taken in large quantities. Therefore, limit the amount you take per day.

7. Get enough sleep
Make sure you get enough sleep at night. This will ensure that your brain had enough time to rest and can therefore be attentive during the day in class.

8. Exercise regularly
Engage your body in various physical activities here and there. This relaxes your brain and reduces stress. Stress can be a major hindrance in your concentration if not controlled. Regular exercise ensures both physical and mental health.

9. Eat healthy foods
